What level of recovery house should I look for?

There is a Level 4, but these are not typically considered recovered housing as they are type C: Clinical, meaning that these are in-patient treatment centers. Note that in Ohio, only levels 1-3 are certified by Ohio Recovery Housing (ORH), level 4 must be licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS).
